Learning to Love Letters

Tuesday, January 29, 2013
Soooooo I don't know about all of you, but I LOOOOOOOOOVE Valentine's Day!
It may be that I love the colors,
or maybe it's the cuteness,
or maybe because it's 5 days after my bday,
or maybe it's the candy,
or maybe it's because it reminds us all to share the love....
No matter why I love it: I JUST DO!
I digress.
While planning for the holiday this year I had to change it up a bit. First of all I had these kiddos last year, so the same old box of tricks isn't going to be as fun. Secondly, they are a little older and I just need something a bit tougher.
Then this appeared at my desk.

and it hit the spot!

Voila:

Learning to
LOVE LETTERS

Unit Includes:
- Anchor Chart / Bulletin Board Labels
- parts of a friendly letter assessment
- 29 vocab cards

Hi Jessica,

I found your fonts through The School Supply Addict's post about fonts. I've been following your blog a while, but I somehow missed the fonts. I'm curious about the name of your font "Walkup Way". Walkup is my maiden name, and I'm wondering if you named it for someone. It's not a name you see often. Love the fonts, and your blog is great.

Take care,
karen
